The deals for sale items are incredible, but finding those items can definitely be a challenge. Went on a Sunday afternoon and very few staff visible, but I eventually found someone after 15 minutes. In and out of the store in 25 minutes for a bike rack, but the time was worth the price.

Ladies And Gentlemen, I must say this is one of my Favorite Franchises in Canada!!! Princess Auto is a store that will serve most of your Needs on the Bargain!!! from camping to heavy duty equipment, to most of construction tools minus Wood, even Wiring and electronics, and again on the Huge Bargain! Their Sales are crazy good! If you are looking for something check out their Website and store amounts before you go because their Sale Items sell out really fast. Mad respect to the owners for making a store like that available to Canadians in this age where you get charged an arm and a leg for anything and everything! In short Great Store, Awesome prices, Proffecional and Knowledgeable staff, and over all great environment for Professionals to shop at! This is the first store I visit before any other!!!! That's for helping out your customers!!!!🤩🤩🤩

Horrible customer service experience. I checked online and it showed 3 items on the shelf, I had a few guys help me look but couldn’t find any. I then tried to get two people to check stock in the Mississauga location before driving there and not finding any stock, even though online it said there were 5 available. No one could call and it seemed like they were so busy doing their own stuff that it bothered them when I asked for help. I’m pretty sure customer service means the customer should come first

There's always something interesting that you can find and on sale at Princess Auto. I always driving whenever I'm nearby. Edit: This is also great place for phone and car accessories. The staff were always helpful whenever I have questions.

My experience at Princess Auto is always the same, GREAT! I could spend hours in that place and never get bored.. Always something to look for or see.. Seriously tho, Princess has to find a better way to organize that place! Way too many things to look at and so many nooks and crannies within each store, hiding so many items we never knew existed! I always spend at least a hr in that place just "shopping" and I usually walk out with more than what I came for.. The employees are good, and I can see them getting frustrated with the public, as so many people get overwelmed by all the selection or the vastness of the place, while looking for something.. It's huge and somewhat confusing.. You can walk forever looking if you don't ask.. I'm glad that Princess exists, and there's always a place to go kill some time or find stuff you just can't get anywhere else at such a good price. It ain't the best quality sometimes, but if you know what you need in a pinch, it helps alot!

I was surprised that I wasn't aware of the brand and the outlet. I was looking out for a tool for my motorcycle which I wasn't able to find at Canadian Tire, Home Depot or Walmart, but found it here. Also the surplus section is a treasure hunt, where you'd find amazing products at throwaway prices. Had to control my urge to buy and end up with a 200$ invoice 😁 The associate present- Mr. Arsalan was kind enough to find the part for me and also helped me check the fitment on my motorcycle before making the purchase. Would definitely go again.

This has to be the worst, nobody that works there has any idea of where anything is or knowledge of any products they sell….not to mention the opening hours obviously don’t apply to anyone since I showed up at 1030am and they where supposed to be open at 8am yet no one was there….and wasn’t the first time I’ve showed up and they ain’t open at the displayed times. I joking asked where something was with it in my hand in the aisle I got it from while an employee was in that aisle and he had no idea what I was asking…also there is - 6’6 employee walking around stinking of weed and booze and get upset if you ask him something…so be aware of the beer & cigarette stinking Bigfoot of princess auto

if i could put a zero star, i would. we spend lots of $$ at this location and are frequent shoppers. today we waited in line for a long time, and when we asked for the second cashier to open a till instead of standing around, she was absolutely rude, making petty comments and throwing our purchases into the bag aggressively. when we said we’d go to the scarborough location, she retailiated by saying you can return your pump there. no professionalism and no commitment to ensuring we had a good experience. we will never come back here. after paul left, the staff became rude and arrogant. the operator number was 14578. trans number 45391. this lady needs to be fired AND taught some manners.
